Does anyone have any experience buying hardy or winter green orchids from ebay.de? Who is a reliable/safe seller?

Hallo Mark,
with  popow-orchids I've had good experiences, but his range is limited.  Mr. Schreiner is also highly recommendable, but currently I can't find an offer at Ebay. But he has his own shop:

The bulbs he sells are unusually large!
However, IMO the best sellers for Pleione are british, e. g. Ian Butterfield.

Edit: I thought of Pleione and did not read that you asked for hardy orchids. Mr. Schreiner also has a good range of Cypripedium.

BTW: Some german sellers practive keyword spamming intensely. I'm upset about this and would never buy from such seller.

On ebay i dont by orchids anymore. First, they are more expensive than usual, sekond: forget the names, third: there are a lot taken from wild. Quality is often very poor, wont say dead plants. So i buy my hardyorchids by calling the seller. Popow is ok, Pinkepank.....plants are ok, but the origin So hardy ochids i buy mainly at Gerd Adolph, or Frosch Gerd Raschun, Austria or U. Schuster, Illertissen.

if you want some cyps from that part of the world then Frank Schmidt at Floralpin is excellent.
Plus he breeds and grows all his own plants - not something that you can say about many
cyp vendors.
I have bought lots of his plants and they are superb with large root systems,

check out his form of Sabine pastel.
It is unusually good and beats the other forms generally available hands down.
It was made with an unusually tall macranthos alba.
Huge pure white true alba flowers with the shape of macranthos. Plus it is very vigorous.
Mine is now up to 6 shoots after just 2 years growing.
I posted a photo of mine in the cypripedium thread earlier in the year.
