Last batch. There were far more plants on display than I could reasonably photograph and show on here. These are just showing what my interests were.Any Orchid lovers would have enjoyed what was on show.

The Novice section.
I was very fortunate and pleased to have got two 1sts and two 2nds from my four entries, including best plant in the novice section.

Well done on your personal success, Phillip and thanks for haring the photos of what was obviously a fine show.  If I might digress a tad from the subject -  how do you say Rawreth? Is it as simple as it looks or is there some sneaky  local pronunciation?

It's as it looks,raw-reth.
I think it's good to show that a local group can put on such a good display, although a number of our members win 1sts at the national shows.

I think it's terrific that a local group puts on a show and the Rawreth pix prove it can happen.

Effectively, all SRGC shows in Scotland  are run by a local group on behalf of the Club  and those groups don't have  a separate show - so  some groups have no show at all. One of the reasons the Section 2 at Highland is so good is that for years there was an "unofficial " show in the area.

Well done Philip. Did you lift the Daphne from the garden or do you grow it in a pot?

No,David. It's in the pot for now, although if I can fix my raised bed,it will eventually go in there.
