December 2019 in the Southern Hemisphere

It's officially summer but it doesn't feel like it as we've had cold weather for a few days now. Thankfully it did result in a little rain for the garden.
Here are some flowers from today:
1) Delphinium uliginosum from SRGC Seedex 2017
2 & 3 ) Gilia capitata third generation from seed originally from Robert B in California
4 & 5 ) some of the seedlings of Delosperma cooperi hybrids which come up in pots after the original plants seeded everywhere!

Hello gardeners. The heat is about to hit for us here in Southern Australia, and it will hit hard if the forecasters have it right (they usually do). I wish you all the best for yourselves and your families and your gardens during the heatwave ahead.

Hi Jamus,
yes, high temperatures expected from tomorrow 
We had our plant swap on the weekend so there are a few dozen new small plants which have to survive the onslaught 
But here are a few things now:
1) Scutellaria sevanensis from SRGC Seedex 2015, sown 2017 and this is possibly its first flowering
2) Albuca humilis AGS2013
3) Teucrium 'Purple Robe' grown from cuttings from our cuttings workshop last year
4) white delosperma hybrid
