Distorted Leaves Meconopsis

I realise that there is a lot of information about distorted leaves and the causes both on this forum and the web but I am hoping that somebody seeing this post might immediately recognise what is wrong and thus help to save my plant from dying while I am trying to find the answer. This seedling is growing in 50% peat, 30% sphagnum moss and 20% perlite or a fairly similar mix containing vermiculite instead of the moss (I am not there to check), it's had a little food added and is watered as necessary but is not standing in it. It is in a ventilated propagator on my South facing windowsill. The seed was described as "Meconopsis rudis? ex ACE1345". Thank you.

Hello, your seedlings look quite big and you say they are still in a propagator looks like they are heating up gradually put the seedlings outside day time then bring in at night  if you are like us in mid winter then please keep them cool not hot,  cheers Ian the Christie kind.
