AGS show at Cabinteely 23rd April
«

No sign of any pictures from the Northern Irish AGS show on 9th April but happily I am allowed by Paddy Tobin to share his photos with the forum from the Cabinteely AGS show on 23rd April.
Paddy reports that the first port of call for visitors tends to be the AGS members' plant stall!
Tim and Keith Lever's Aberconwy stall

pix 1 and 2 - Ranunculus cortusifolius
Paddy's favourite plant in the show was this glorious Trillium from Billy Moore - another of those visiting Irishmen!
Billy was given some seedlings by the wonderful grower and consummate gentleman,Bob Gordon and named this outstanding form Trillium chloropetalum 'Bob Gordon'

Lovely to see a Certificate of Merit to Tropaeolum tricolorum from Val Keegan -pic pinched from "Erica cineraea" on Twitter !
Val is well known to SRGC folks - though she hasn't attended a Discussion weekend for ages - but her sister lives in Aberdeenshire so she is very well-connected!

A wonderful show and thanks so much for these great photos, Paddy (through Maggi) and Michael. Some truly fantastic plants there and much for us all to aspire to.
