Purple Daisy on Sicily

Hello,

I photographed this Purple Daisy like flower near Piazza Armerina in Sicily on March 25.  Having some difficulty identifying it.  Anyone willing to give it a try?

It's not a daisy but Anemone hortensis the Star Anemone, a beautiful flower that I love very much.
