  • Never enough Gentiana...
Gentiana dendrologi/robusta
« on: August 19, 2017, 04:22:58 PM »
Have prepared plates last night with this Gentiana - remains to see which one it is after the capsules form.

Grown from seeds as Gentiana vernayi (AGS seedex) - an annual species, little species!!! The seedling was planted in the rock beds of forumist Robert Pavlis; we were curious to see what it will be; obviously it needs to be moved out of there.

Gentiana dendrologi and robusta are very similar; Gentiana tibetica can also be confused but the stamens in this case are inserted at middle part of corolla.
