Bronze Medal for most points section II: Annelie Banks

Good to hear of a new name  winning in  Section II  - well done, Annelie!

Has anyone any photos of  her entries?

Reading on FaceBook of  Jean Horsburgh being delighted with  her success in SEctionII as well - I do hope  someone has photos of these to share.  Without the  folks gaining experience in Section II  there will be a very poor outlook for shows in the future - these  folks  need - and deserve - much credit (- and  camera time!) to encourage them and  keep the shows  vibrant.

Two plants that made the show  thanks to Watt  finding  some space in his little car and one that did not as Rhododendron dauricum Hokkaido form was too tall. The lower growing white rhodo  is Lucy Lou said  by Glendoick  to be more frost resistant  in flower than Snow Lady -they look  very similar- though my Snow Lady is even further behind this spring. All my rhodos grow outside. Lucy Lou  is nearer  full out than on Saturday. Also one of  the new  Calluna  cvs raised  on the continent for foliage effect.

Lovely pleiones- thanks for those pix.
Sandy Leven features  some of these in his  report,  which I am just about to load to the main website.
