I thought I would share some images of my local area - all within 10 minutes of my home. These are photos take over the past couple of years.
The first set is Anemone nemorosa on the northern boundary of the Kinneil Estate which were blooming in April 2017. I had never seen such a spectacular sight before.

They are mainly white but in some areas they have pink variations.

As April turned to May the hillside continued with the white theme but this time with Allium ursinum.
Another spectacular scene.
I have another image but the auto resizing doesn't seem to be able to resize it and it keeps creating an error.

Very nice Graham! I didn’t see them around here in Perth. Maybe later when the Anemone will escape from my garden.
I’ll send the link to my friend in Bo’ness. He is a dog walker and like to take pictures of nature.

Hi Alex,
Hope your friend enjoys the views. I suspect he may have seen them. The Kinneil Estate is very popular with dog walkers.
