Quote from Nick's first entry :
"Finally the rain won and we turned around though none of us were disappointed for our first day in Tajikistan. This country is already like no where I have travelled before."

I think this is a "Greentours" trip, the same company that took me to Turkey and Georgia to see snowdrops last year.  I even think I might recognise someone from my tour last year in one of Nick's photos; hard to be sure as we only see a rear view.
Almost in Scotland.

What lovely pictures and blog
What a great way to support an SRGC young member by giving him a grant from the SRGC Exploration Fund.
