Serapias x Ophrys - intergeneric hybrid

Looks very like a Gladiolus. Does the cross have one large lip and no other petals?

Looks very like a normal Serapias sp. to me.

@adarby: The hybrid don`t look like Serapias sp., but near to Serapias x Orchis (Anacamptis)-hybrids.

Serapias is very dominant, so it doesn`t matter if you use Orchis/Comperia or Ophrys as pollen source.

@mark: there are petals, but you can`t see them.They are together with the helmet

The Serapias is dominant, but by the looks of it the lip is much broader than any of that species I have seen.  Then again, overseas you guys may have improved species selections that I haven't seen here.  I rather like the flower, whether it is a hybrid or not!
