I think the yellow of the Corydalis macrocentra is fab, but I cannot get over that pot of Jeffersonia dubia........it is sublime!

Thanks Maggi, following Cliff's postings last week, I was experimenting with close ups, some seemed to work better than others.

It was certainly worth taking that tripod Diane.....you will never develop a BookerTumPod.

I've quite enough tum of my own, thanks, probably too many puddings ...  :P

John Saxton's Jeffersonia dubia  is SUPERB ! Stunning!

Yes, it was fantastic, but it didn't even win its class, because it was up against the also superb Primula aureata shown in reply #24 
Such is the life of an exhibitor   ::)
However, it WAS recognised as exceptional and given an Award of Merit
