Beautiful mild and sunny day today and I went to Lexham Hall; snowdrops by the million in woodland; all the double form but very lovely with patches of yellow aconites. It is a very grand house with some lovely flint garden buildings/orangery etc and a gorgeous crinkle-crankle wall in the kitchen garden. All extremely well maintained and may be worth a visit when they open in May for the wisteria etc. Nice church in the grounds with a Saxon round tower.
