While there  are  people  who have  had  success  in contacting and  receiving  seed  from these  sellers, there  are  sadly  many  who have  had  no reply  at all! It  is  a  question of  the  buyer's attitude  to risk, I fear!

I have also looked Augis bulb site all summer, but it is down, and I thought that he just doesn't sell this year.
In previous years I have gotten my orders from him all very well (when he had website on).

If you do succeed in ordering from Jilek do not send money in advance. I ordered from him regularly and without any problems for many years. I always paid after receiving bulbs/seed. Sometimes I would receive extra material free of charge and I always felt I had a friendly relationship with Jan. Then a few years ago he was quite unwell due to a relapsing fever following Tick bites. When I ordered from him the following year I felt sorry for him assuming that his illness would have created cash flow problems so when I placed my order i paid in advance. I never received the order and he has never replied to numerous communications since then.
