Welcome, yes it's easy from seeds, in less than 3 years you should see your first flowers.

Hello. Will any crocus do?

I planted a bunch of crocus bulbs in my lawn last winter. My result wasn't nice. Our soil here is very compacted clay and since we rent I didn't really want to invest in aeration but that probably would have helped more bulbs come up.

Hi Violar

Maybe you could grow Crocuses and other bulbs in containers, it’s very rewarding (thanks, Robert ), easier to move as well. Dutch C. Tommasianus seeds maybe? Janis is the expert, I’m just having fun,  gardening in containers and enjoying what’s around. Good luck.

Lots to discover.
