mystery seedlings ?

Can anyone ID thse  seedlings - looks  like  a  bulb of   some  sort, few speckles  on the  leaves ......

I agree, they definitely have a sort of Eucomis feel to them. Not that I have ever grown this from seed mind you...

Tristan,
You should try eucomis from seed, they are very easy and don’t take too long to flower, 2 or 3 years maybe. I’ve had some good ones from the seedex and many of them are surprisingly hardy.

Maybe I will Carolyn. I do like Eucomis, the issue here is that so do the slugs!
