Rudi Weiss has been in touch to say that .. "my plantfriend Franz Paznocht sent me the attached pictures of
Campanula Maje Blyth,
Daphne jasminea and
Physoplexis comosa. All these plants grow very well in his tufa
rockery. P. comosa sows itself profusely in the tufa, even two white flowered plants occured.
Maybe these pictures are interesting for the forum, I asked Franz and he kindly gave the
permission for publishing these."
I'm delighted to present on behalf of Franz Paznocht- a well-known grower often referred to by Zdenek Zvolanek in Czechia - these photos.
Great thanks too, to Rudi for sending the photos!
For those lucky enough to have access to tufa, we can see just how happy these plants are , growing in that substrate. Happily, they will also grow in other media, but these are looking particularly healthy and happy!
Physoplexis comosa Physoplexis comosa growing in profusion, showing white flowered forms as well!
Physoplexis comosa and smaller seedlings happy in tufa.
