HELP
« on: April 26, 2022, 03:46:02 PM »
This is rather a different plant query. I am trying to find/remember a trailing plant with soft green rounded leaves with a white edge to them. Don't remember anything bout flowers just the leaves hanging down over a large container. Can anyone help or have I just been dreaming?

Thank you. I must say that looks right but it sounds very invasive so maybe we will have to think again.

It should be okay in containers with annuals, but certainly not in a trough - or the lawn for that matter... Some of the more vigorous variegated Sedums might give the same effect? Plectranthus coleoides 'Variegata' or Dichondra 'Silver Falls' for annual plantings.

It depends what you mean by invasive, and where you had in mind to use it, but it is very easy to pull out. I use it in hanging baskets and don't find it very competetive amongst the other plants.
If you buy a plug or small pot meant for summer bedding/baskets, it should cost no more than £2, so maybe give it a try?

Thank you arisaema and Vinny 123. We may give it a try if we can find it.
