Pleione aurita and it's variety

aurita is one of my most favourite pleione species. I'm really very happy to see there's something different in the new flowering season show :)

That is such a good strong pink, and with a big display like that it must look amazing.  Have you been down to the orchid section lower down in the main page.  There have been some other wonderful postings of Pleiones that people have had in flower.

Paul thanks. I go down the page and really find the orchid branch. So many wouderful posts there and very impressed! I sure will take part in there because i'm primarily to orchids :) but still can not take eyes away from other alpine beauties :)
