Info about travel to Romania, please

I've received an email from a Danish person, who asks:

Hello.
 
I can see, that your foto file includes CROKUS grown from seed collected in Romania. I am planning a seed tour into Romania this summer/autum, but would like to contact lokal people in order not to fool to much around in the mountains. Do you know any persons or organisations, that will/can provide help, where and what to search and what is forbidden.

I don't know much more than official sites like this http://www.romaniatourism.com/autentic.html
 Anybody got any advice other than the obvious about CITES, local laws etc? Anyone got any detail on local laws and travel do's and don'ts for the area? ?

Maggi - A friend went last July.  Tatras etc and I think it was an AGS Tour. Whoever organizes those trips might be able to help.
