Does anybody know this (alpine) plant (not from Europe, maybe Argentinia or so).

It's almost certainly Tanacetum leontopodium, endemic to Tien Shan in Kazakstan. The flowers are clean white and daisy-like...on top of THAT foliage it's a spectacular package...

Superb foliage. It looks very soft and velvety to touch.
