Pancratium canariense

Flowering for me at this time P. canariense.Last year it flowered for the first time and there were 2 spikes,this year 11 so far.bye Ray

Hi Uli,these bulbs were planted in the ground but over the years they have worked their way to the surface.To me it seems that these bulbs liked to be baked and to be very crowded in the ground.These bulbs are growing in full sun,up to 16 spikes now.bye Ray

I just have one (other) Pancratium in my collection, a gift from a friend last year : Pancratium foetidum.
I wonder if it needs the same treatment to induce flowering.
