Loved the combination with white tall flowers ::) A very rare one I guess. ;D Maybe something to strive for?
Did You also see variation in flower types and colours?

Very nice and interesting pictures Pat,good to see.

I read in Jim Archibalds latest list that we now have a new sub species of Cyclamen hederifolium-crassifolium.Are any of your pictures of it?

The new sub species was described in the June Journal of the Cyclamen Society.  If you are good I will let you read my copy when you visit  8)

           The last 3 plants are from sites where ssp crassifolium is known to grow and I would be happy to call them that. I am not a botanist or a scientist just someone who grows plants, however I have been involved with the society field trips that led to to the conclusions regarding ssp crassifolium and cyclamen confusum as it is now. I do feel we still have work to do to determine the distribution because there are sites where it seems ssp crassifolium and ssp hederifolium grow together or close to each other. I know it is not very scientific but you get a gut feeling for what you are looking at and can tell the difference but as I say more work needs to be done and possibly new material collected for research.

Yes the were variations, not so much in colour but in size and shape etc.
