Anyone give a name to this climber, picture taken in Australia by a friend, no idea if it's native.
Thanks

Any joy with finding it in Paul T's threads, Australian Native Plants at the ANBG Canberra, Stephen?

Stephen,
Definitely Duranta, and as Fermi suggested, most likely 'Geisha Girl'. It's a shrub, not a climber, and I think it is South American from memory? Pretty plant.

Min winter temp -8 or -9°C. Max summer temp 40°C. Thankfully, maybe once or twice a year only.

Then I learnt something today! I've never heard of Duranta, but when I look it up it is a little Plumbago-ish even if it is in another family
Anyway a nice plant but impossible to grow in my garden

Trond,
Barely even growable in my garden as well.
It loses it's leaves and comes back each spring. This year I thought it was gone and assigned the pot to an area for recycling, only to discover it shooting a couple of weeks later.
You just never quite know.
