Seramis seems to be becoming a little more available again in the UK, if you are prepared to buy over the Internet. You can now even get it from Amazon, as well as various Bonsai, hydroponics & other specialist suppliers. But it remains expensive compared to the cat litter alternative - about three times more expensive, plus the postage. I'm now using cat litter all the time wherever I would have previously used Seramis. It's just as good, cheaper and easily available at the supermarket or pet shop, so no postage. Tesco Low Dust Lightweight or Sophisticat Pink are the two main easily available choices. The Sophisticat has granules about the same size as Seramis, the Tesco stuff is a little smaller.
