Would any of the orchid people know where  Robbie B-M  might source a plant of the genus Apostasia or Neuwiedia?

Sorry Maggi, but I have never heard of these and neither had any of my "orchid" friends, two of whom are like walking encyclopedias.  I doubt very much that anyone will supply them.  Just looked them up and found them described as very primitive orchids from China, the Himalayas and the Pacific.  Pity, they look interesting.

I suspected it may be a long shot - these are indeed "ancient"  genera I believe - hence Robbie's - "Fossil Plants "  - interest.
