It appears to be the multi-flowered form of Fritillaria michailovskyi. The bulbs look extremey similar and regimented and I wonder if the picture has been put together using Photoshop or something similar. :-\

And talking of Fritillarias, in this crazy winter of ours this year both FF. pontica and recurva are well up, AND IN BUD! Shouldn't be for 2-3 months yet!

There are many new selections in Fritillaria michailovskyi
one of them is this one
see:Fritillaria michailovskyi 'Multiflora'
I don't know if this name is official
but I know growers who have a lot of new selections in Fritillaria
many of them with long flower-stem for the cut-flower industry

The colour is just terrible because the bulbs where forced
