Fred  it is certainly lovely. Perhaps it came from one of the more northerly sites originally and is hardier than the more southern ones

What size is it?

Standing at 2ft 6" (77cms) this year Maggi.
The white Platanthera blephariglottis is the same but the buds are not opening yet.

I'm in love   ;D  please may I have some seed from it ;)

I hope I can get some this year Neil, my little brush will have to get busy.

I'm afraid the plants have had to take a back seat this year while we sorted the house.
I'm already looking to next year.

Wow, that is stunning!

Do you have any pictures showing the site it's growing in?
What conditions do you have it growing in there?
Do you give it any particular treatment/protection overwinter?

As Neil requested, if you have any seed that you could spare of both Platanthera ciliaris and Platanthera blephariglottis, then I would love to have some to please.
