Cardicrinum cordatum
« on: October 23, 2011, 04:23:52 PM »
Hello,

I have just harvested a lot of seeds from my Cardocrinum cordatum.

They are from seed wild collected in Japan. As I do not grow any other Cardocrinum, they must be true!

If anybody is interested in a swap just do not hesitate to answer ( here or pm)!

I already have this Cardiocrinum but I was thrilled yesterday, (when throwing out old seed pots) to see 4 new seedlings of Cardiocrinum cathayanum from AGS seed, years old. I hope THEY are true!

I just posted that I have never been able to start cardiocrinum from exchange seed, perhaps due to short viability.  Would love to trade for wild alaska seed - I have a few, wild snapdragon, monk's hood, fritillaria camschatcensis, primula cuniefolia, etc.

email me at claykoplin@gmail.com and we can swap if you're interested.
