I would think that is Mattiola bicornis
I don't know if these plants are grown a much in these days as they used to be. A victim of changing fashion in the plant world, I fear.
When I was little girl all my family would grow these annuals near the house to enjoy the wonderful fragrance in the evenings.
Only occasionally nowadays do I catch the fragrance on the air in the evenings when I am out walking the dogs. Of course, I could grow them myself.... there is often a clue to a problem.... then I could have the fragrance by my own door ! They are funny flowers, as you have spotted, the blooms are drooping during the day looking wilted, then they pick up in the evening, open wide and the scent drifts around deliciously.
