Hello Everyone,
I have a few spare bulbs available of sternbergia lutea ssp angustifolia for swap if anyone is interested. This is an excellent sternbergia, as it multiplies very well and flowers profusely from late august to mid november here, and resists to -17°c, ice, snow and frost..
Also, unlike the ordinary lutea, it doesent really need a warm summer baking to flower (only a dry summer rest), so i was thinking that members in scotland or the uk, or colder countries might be interested in this subspecies.
I have about 30 or maybe 40 bulbs of varying sizes available.
