Took some photos today of the Calostemma purpureum for Roland ;)
But I have different programmes on this laptop now and I can't find a simple resizer that I had before. Anyone know of a simple one I can download? Not particularly keen on this Windows Live Photo Gallery programme.

Roland I downloaded the resizer and am working out how to use it
I thought I had the name on the file.
Took these photos a couple of days ago of the mass of the dark pink Calostemma purpureum and the smaller not so common whitish one.
You can see how the bulbils(?) form and then become so heavy that the stems bend over and the bulbils fall off on the ground.

happy to see how they grow in the nature

I am still searching an easy program
to rename more pictures in one go

In the moment I use FastStone Image Viewer and F2

but there must be an easier way
Maybe one of the other forum members
knows an easier way to rename multiple pictures

Excellent pics, everyone.  Yes, just getting into the Amaryllids area for the first time in months.  ::)

Fermi, those rainlilies are glorious, but those Lycoris.  I am so jealous.  I was so pleased with one stem on my Lycoris incarnata this year for the first time..... then I saw your lot.  And my 2 stems on Lycoris elsae are bleak compared to yours.  Wow!!!!!

Love those Calostemmas, Pat.  The 2 white bulbs you sent me last year both put up flowers this year, which really surprised me given they'd been moved last summer.  Short stems, also affected by our cooler and wetter summer I think.  No other Calostemma flowered for me at all this year, and I had hoped more would.  :'(  Very, very strange summer!!

Pat, try jpge resizer. Free and extremely simple. You can resize tenths or hundreds of pics in one operation.
