Newly planted lava rock "mini" garden
«

I just mounted/planted the first two plants on my "mini" lava rock garden. Silene acaulis 'Francis' and Saxifraga longifolia. I've spent the better part of a year cultivating moss down the "slope" side for the Campion to spread onto. We'll see how it goes!

I'm hoping to seed some small spreading/ mounding species in the gravel on top. I can't wait for the Campion to start creeping around in all of its pink glory :-)
