Do any of the Australians on SRGC forum have a plant that I could buy - I should bury some of the flowers and see if they have seeds! Great tea for sleep each evening.

Hi Pat,
I have plants - drop me a PE and we can go from there.
Cheers, Marcus

Is this tea really good to help with getting a night's sleep?
I use chamomile tea at times - I keep forgetting to make it!
My sleep patterns are awful and it sounds like I should give this sideritis tea a try.

Well I am not sure if it is supposed to make sleep better but personally Maggi it has helped me - not so much after a glass of wine though.
