AGS East Anglia Show
« on: May 04, 2013, 11:58:12 PM »
A record entry of over 400 (not to mention over 70 'late' entries) meant it was the biggest and best show we have staged here at Wymondham.  There were plenty of wow factor plants to suit various tastes, fantastic venue & great choice of home-made cakes plus a smattering of forumists!

Here is a taste of what we enjoyed.

I was handling late entries, results input and collecting monies .... taking pics was an aside so unfortunately names are not attached for all the plants.

2 is Androsace vandellii - Alan Newtons crevice pot which I think is fab
3 Benthamelia patagonica which was seen in several classes
5 Pulsatilla vulgaris 'Highgates Nursery short form' - it was very short ... in a very tall pot!
