I'm glad Oron got to this before my delayed response; I will second Oron's opinion that your plant looks like Allium barsczewskii, including foliage characteristics.  Just perused through the Taxonomic Allium Reference Collection at Gatersleben, where they have data  for 51 accessions of this species (more than half with multiple photos), most collections from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.  Rather a variable species, with flower color mostly bright pink but found in many shades from white to light pink and lavender, to near true reds.  You have a good eye to hone in on this Allium ID :)

tip: in the link above, select Allium barsczewskii from the drop-down list, then click the page icon on the left of the first taxon, then click on the right-arrow icons to browse through each accession; only some have photo thumbnails.

It certainly is barsczewskii. I had forms from white to deep purple, short and very tall. Not all were good growers and now I'm keeping only 2 or 3 stocks of it.
