Life forever after
« on: July 06, 2013, 01:28:01 PM »
Hi,
I bought these handsome shrubs a few years ago. I think they were some of those berries that make you live and be happy forever (but definitely not Goji berries, I know those).
Now I've lost the labels and I would like to know how to pot them up, acid or alkaline and that sort of thing.

If any of you clever people recognise this, I'd be most grateful if you could let me have the name of the plant. :) :) :)

I'd say an Amelanchier of some sort Maren.

More importantly, do they work? ;) ;D

Thank you both, that's it.
Now that you've pointed me in the right direction I looked it up and it seems I should have planted it out in my allotment a long time ago. Haven't had any berries yet, but the plants are very healthy. I look forward to a small harvest next year. thank you very much for your help. :) :) :)
