Having got an automated reply soon after placing the order, I have neither heard nor received anything since - But I'm assuming CGF will get there in their own good time.

My order from CFG arrived last Friday.  This was 9 days after I placed the order because of a backlog at their end.  Despite the next day delivery and the plants being well-packaged, the buttercup arrived looking the worse for wear, the leaves being squashed out of their rosette shape and quite mildewed.  However after a few days rest the plant seems to be perking-up again.  As you can see, the pot contained a very generous quantity.  My plan is to wait until the mid-summer dormancy before moving the corms to the garden (unless anyone thinks that is a bad idea).

Almost in Scotland.

I got some of this plant in 2014 from Cotswold Garden Flowers.  There was a generous quantity with several 'bulbs' per pot.  I gradually planted this out in the garden where it would flower, go dormant in summer, put up new leaves in the autumn and die shortly afterwards.  It did this two years running as I kept some in its pot for the first year.  And it did this despite being planted close to some ordinary bulbous buttercups.  I did send one to Mark and I don't know if he had any better luck.  But in my garden it seems to be miffy.  Pity. because it's a very pretty flower.
