Angie ,Tidy ? why tidy ? My wife thinks completly different !
AngieWhat surface do you need? For a few M2 I use a frame covered with Dutch lights but with the glass replaced with shading net. They are very light and easy to put on and off and don't blow away(it is often very windy here).I use 30% net and if needed put two on top of each other giving the plants extra protection. But I 'd like some good ideas for a bigger structure.
AngieIt seems that you have no roofvents on your greenhouse. Why not then put a cable on the top of the roof and another close to the gutter. Are there like buttonholes in your shade net?Otherwise one can buy clips with a hole in it.You run the cables through the holes. Then you can glide your net as you wish, not on the top but on the side of the roof ot the greenhouse. That is what I have done.I have also attached a string in the middle of the side of the net to make it easy to pull it over the glass and another to fold it.It is very cheap(specially as you already have the net) and efficient even in a windy spot.I hope you understand my messy explanation???
