Our Shepard and her grandson Arthur where on Countryfile last night  ;D . Little Arthur's such a treasure . Prop ably can watch it on the I player if anyone anted too. Made me cry happy tears
Emma Thick Glasshouse horticulturalist And Galanthophile, keeper of 2 snowdrop crushing French bulldogs. I have small hands , makes my snowdrops look big :D

We saw that Emma and we've been talking about little Arthur today. Goes to show how much good can come from contact with animals and the countryside. 
We thought the donkey was a bit of a star, too   :)
How wonderful it is that Arthur can be mobile on his very cute little quad bike - he'll be able to feel quite the wee man out helping his lovely Granny with that, helping him get lots of good fresh air.
It was an inspirational story, we thought.  Please pass on our good wishes to Arthur and his family.

It's a miniature Donkey named Jess . Jess has a reputation of eating the ears off new born lambs !  :-X :o

   Oooh err! Scary - I have heard of that before  though ..... should be easier to contain a little donkey than a bigger one though, to keep him off the babies, eh?  ( why do I not think that is really true? )
