Olsynium douglasii - a spring flower I have come  to cherish as it has proven itself to be extremely hardy. At least Osynium are unimpressed by deep bare frosts and very dry conditions.
I have got this purple as well as a white variety. Unfortunately I have not so far been able to take seeds...

I wonder if anyone knows where you can buy the purple-flowered form? All I see on nursery lists these days is the white form.
