From the photo, it seems to be a F. hermonis  type, Kot.

Paeonia suffruticosa in my garden reach large sizes. This year in May in Poland is rainy. Peony flowers rain does not add beauty.

I know what you mean about rain... We have lots of rain in general and the rain not only ruins flowers but encourages mold and rot as well...  :'(
