Cypripedium tibeticum is a highly variable slipper orchid of China's western mountains. In this video we travel to four different locations to see this wonderful species flowering in the wild. This plant has the most variation in flower form and color of any Asian Cyp species and you'll see this in the video. We also see C. calicola at the end of the video and some potential hybrid plants with C. tibeticum. You will not see video of this species on the net like this anywhere. So enjoy taking a walk through northern Sichuan's high mountain valleys to see this amazing orchid species.
