Here is the official announcement about the Winterthur [Delaware, US] snowdrop event on March 7.  Carolyn's Shade Gardens will be there selling snowdrops, cyclamen, hellebores, and other early bloomers:

Bank to Bend: Andrew Turvey of Myddelton House
Saturday, March 7, 2015
Lecture, 11:00 am to 12:00 noon, in Copeland Lecture Hall
Tour, 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, begins at Visitor Center
Plant Sales, 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, at Visitor Center
Self-guided Tours, throughout the day beginning at Visitor Center

Celebrate the early bulb display of the March Bank at Winterthur with a lecture, tour, and sales of rare and unusual plants. This year’s featured speaker is Andrew Turvey, head gardener at Myddelton House Gardens the garden of the horticulturally famous EA Bowles. Bowles had a keen interest in bulbs, authoring books on crocus narcissus and is widely credited with coining the term ‘galanthophile’ for passionate collectors of snowdrops. Registration for lecture required. $10 members, $20 non-members, free for Winterthur Garden and Landscape Society and Garden Associate Members.

We "tweeted " to Winterthur that you had posted this  - they replied from  Winterthur Garden ‏@WinterthurBloom

@ScottishRockGC   " thank you - we are looking forward to Andrew's visit and the chance to show him our garden."

Talk about disorganised.  Having never quite managed to sort out the details of their Snowdrop Day, they now cannot quite manage to announce that it is cancelled.

Quote
I am going to cancel the Snowdrop Day as our meadow is waterlogged and do not have an alternative parking option.

Even Michael Broadhurst, who was due to sell there, had not been informed about the cancellation when I spoke to him yesterday.
Almost in Scotland.

Picked this up from Helen's Tweet - Jo Hynes' Garden open for NGS ....

"Cherubeer gardens open again for @NGSOpenGardens @DevonNGS Friday 20th February 2 to 5pm. Jo bakes great cakes too! "

Helen's garden will be open in May and then August : http://www.ngs.org.uk/gardens/find-a-garden/garden.aspx?id=21320

Hi Maggie and everyone,  where does time go ???  I haven't chatted on the forum this year !!

It was lovely seeing Helen and everyone else at the garden today.  We had genuine snow on the shady raised beds and sunshine on the lawn and a hail storm at fourthirty to send everyone home a little early.

We had just over a hundred visitors and made just around nine hundred pounds for the NGS's really worthwhile charities.  We were really pleased.  It's such a great way to meet new people and catch up with friends and neighbours at the beginning of the gardening season.
It was great to see Pam who is organising the Shaftsbury event as she called in as she came through Devon.

Thanks for the lovely photos Helen.  The snowdrop is 'Sprite'

Oh,  and our next NGS open day is on Feb. 20th so this next cold snap is very welcome as it should hold back the season for it.

I would love to visit your garden again, Jo, but you are dauntingly far away.  I'm glad others are not so easily deterred and you got plenty of attendees.
Almost in Scotland.
