Right Chris, the allium is A. carinatum and is naturalised where the photo. was taken. I have sent some bulbils to the exchange.

Yes Maggi, male Redstart.
The other bird is a Marsh Harrier.
Not giving much away with the fungus image. I can only think of Chicken of the Woods
(Laetiporus sulphureus)
