Well done  Carolyn and those other Seeedy Folks - a very busy day but looks like you're "good to go" now.
Nice to see Mme President there with the first order.
I don't see the tea and cakes though - I do hope that ALL parts of the set-up have been properly attended to?!

Don't worry, we had tea and delicious shortbread.  Got to keep our strength up!

Around 150 order forms processed today.  We had to move the equipment into storage for the day tomorrow and will restart on Sunday.

Lewis, there is still time to join the SRGC and take part in this year's Seed Exchange. You have the choice of postal membership - where you get the twice yearly  journals delivered to you by post, or electronic membership, where you access the journals online,( to read onsite or download to your computer or tablet to read anywhere) You can read about all options on the main website, under the "About Us"  menu ( which is also where you find the Seed Exchange access) here : http://www.srgc.net/site/index.php/extensions/join-renew     8)

Payment for any subscription type can be made online and we can have you listed very quickly.  For the electronic version - it will take me moments after you have paid to have you ready to go with a seed request!  It can take a smidge longer for the postal type- because the SRGC Subscription Secretary might be doing something in the real world, unlike me! Still doesn't take long- because Christine is pretty speedy most days!

edit :
You can also read about the  e-subscription option, here :

Good progress at the seed exchange.

Father Christmas? No, better than that! It's Carolyn McNab on her way to the Post Office with the first two sacks of seed orders.  Still lots more to do though, a couple of weeks work left.

Just returned from a walk in the snow to find my seeds. All first choices bar two so that's tomorrow morning sorted. Thanks to all involved in the distribution.
