Ten years! Obviously this seem to work. Have to try this also. I became nervous when not repotting annually.

The last of our daffodils are flowering now. There are some nice 5Y-Y miniatures that I have not taken photos of and a few other jonquilla hybrids.

It is a very long season here these days thanks to Quickstep's children and a few other triandus seedlings.

Your long season is giving pleasure here too, Graham.
Those last two pix are very pretty. Is the" very late  triandrus hybrid" pure white or is there a hint of colour in the cup?

Maggie, it is exceptionally white with no hint of colour. I am not sure what I would have used to get single headed triandus so late in the season. There are some triandus hybrids that are bred from Quickstep that are just beginning to flower but they have at least 2 florets. Some of the late flowering may in some cases be due to late planting out but for most of them it is simply a case of very late flowers being crossed with each other.
The pink rimmed flower is a very nice flower and is almost certainly bred from late flowering cultivar as that colour pink only occurs here very very late in the season.
