Yes, but did your copy fall to pieces as you turned the pages? Mine did.

I've just filled in a on-line complaints form to RHS. I've asked for a reply so will post it when it comes.

Folks "tweeting" about the disintegrating Plantsman too- with photos to prove it - completely fallen apart.

Have added reply that it's reported here too.

How different is the Wim Boens article from the one in the 'International Rock Gardener'?
Almost in Scotland.

Just wondering how you open your Plantsman? I go to a flat table, hold it vertical with the spine on the table, lower front and back covers and crease along the spine, take a few pages in and do the same and finally flattened it around the centre

Mark it is the binding process, you don't even open this edition more than a couple of inches before the pages slip out.  What gets me is an email got the response that they aim to answer within seven days and the online complaints form says within ten days.  Naively I thought my subscription paid for staff to deal with things like this!!

Hadn't realised that opening a magazine needed to be so scientific, after all I've been doing it quite successfully for the best part of 70 years ::) :P

I didn't find an email link Brian (musn't have looked hard enough) I got the within 10 days bit. As it looks like a lot of people are complaining what's the betting we don't get a reply before the end of the week?

It is much the same, with some new info (about new cultivars and cultivars that have disappeared) added, also some info about pests and diseases is added!
