Many thanks to everybody.
Kris, the substrate is a mixture of loam, peat and perlite. At the moment the upper layer is very dry and I do not trust to myself yet water to give. The right winter still comes certainly. Maybe the blossom at later time in March would have been a little bit bigger.

Do you give water in winter?

After an unusual stormy weather we had during the last 10 days, I. palaestina 'Blue Form' is blooming again.
