Rob had repaired missing rock work so we could plant the ridge mainly with Ian's celmisias then worked on the north corries and damp side. It will not show in the photo but the planted sections are not quite finished as they need levels etc. sorted, labels added  and pots disguised so plenty still to do

Some useful close ups there from Alan. Several  members came along today so good progress was made. We had to call a halt as we ran out of gravel.

Now there will be the tidying and fine-tuning to be sure all foliage is perfect  all labels correct and no dead flowers and so on....

Just arrived home from the show very heavy rain thankfully we are inside the floral hall, I must say what a fantastic team effort all the members plants and helpers to build the stand all overseen by Stan with so much work put in by Stan, I will not get back until Sat will watch this Forum for results with interest, I post a few pictures from today a little bit of interest  about the Coke can I had left it near at hand whilst working with plants could not find it again as it got covered in moss decided not to drink any more managed to find the Irn Brew instead god knows if the judges will appreciate the can?? cheers Ian the Christie kind
